At Modern Furniture Splash, we want our customers to always have an enjoyable experience. From first glance to post purchase, we are here to help. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we will do our best to make things right, which is why we offer a comprehensive exchange or return program for the first 7 days after delivery. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the return and exchange policy before completing your order.
We offer you a full refund if we can’t get your order shipped within 24hrs after payment confirmation.

After you’ve made your purchase, your information will be forwarded to our in-house delivery team for scheduling. Depending on a range of factors – where you live, items purchased, special requests you have made, etc. – our team will schedule your delivery as soon as possible. 

Once your package has cleared for delivery and picked up we will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details to get real-time tracking information. 

We do not have designated days that we deliver to specific areas. Instead, our estimated delivery time frame is 5-7 business days (Excluding Holiday) we also go “where needed, when needed” in the united states, allowing us to be more flexible and responsive.

  • Ensure that someone 18 years or order is home to accept delivery. This person needs to be authorized by you to confirm items are received in good condition and sign our delivery receipt.
  • Clear the area where your new furniture is to be placed. Our delivery team will be permitted to move, re-arrange or haul off existing furniture only on our permission.
  • Measure and evaluate doorways, hallways, stairways, corners, etc. to make sure there is a viable route for your furnishings to travel from our delivery truck to the designated space in your home.
  • If items are being placed on hardwood floors (or any other type of flooring that requires protection), please have appropriate type and quantity of protection on hand (felt pads, rubberized pads, etc). Our delivery team will be happy to place on your items where necessary to ensure that your floor is not damaged.
  • Get ready to enjoy your new furniture or home product. we sincerely appreciate your business and will work hard on our end to make sure things go as they should.

    • Custom/Special orders are not subject to cancellation or exchange
    • A 50% refundable deposit is required on all custom/special orders
    • Availability of merchandise is ESTIMATED according to information on hand at the time the order is written
    • Seller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer’s scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond control of seller
    • Buyer agrees to measure doorways, hallways, stairways, area where furniture is to be placed, etc. prior to order, as seller is not responsible for merchandise that does not fit.
    • Our delivery team can move, haul or rearrange existing furniture, electronics or appliances.
    • Buyer is responsible for inspection of merchandise at time of delivery or pick-up.
    • Buyer assumes all risks associated with transportation of merchandise picked up.
    • Buyer must schedule a pick-up date & time with delivery personnel prior to delivery due date. 


Includes assembly and set-up on most items, along with removal of any packaging materials. Our professional delivery personnel will, carefully inspect your purchase, prepare it, deliver it to your home, and set it in place with our white glove service. 

There is only a one stop charge regardless of the number of items delivered to a single address. You will be called the day prior to delivery and notified of the estimated time (90 min. window) your delivery will be made.

How Do I Prepare for My Delivery?

  • Have an adult 18 years old or older be present to accept all deliveries.
  • Measure your space to ensure that your purchase will fit in your doorway and rooms.
  • Have the room clear and instruct our team where you want your new furniture, electronics or appliance placed.
  • All special orders estimated time for completion are based on manufacturer lead times and transportation to our store. These times may change and Modern Furniture Splash cannot be held liable for manufacturer and transportation delays.
